*By signing the Application and Release Form, the applicant and/or his/her parent/guardian of the applicant agrees to release The Royal Foundation of Music and Arts and their agents and employees from any and all claims, demands, and cause of action on account of any injury, illness, or loss which may occur during his/her participation in Umbra Talent Music Competition.
*The application fee is non-refundable
*Umbra Talent Music Competition is not responsible for the contestant’s cost of travel, meals, lodging, or other expenses.
*I hereby grant The Royal Foundation of Music and Arts the right and permission to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute any photographs, videos, or other media captured during my participation in Umbra Talent Music Competition.
*I understand that the media may be used in various media platforms, including but not limited to, print materials, websites, social media, and television broadcasts.
*I acknowledge that my participation in the competition is voluntary and that I will not receive any compensation for the use of the media.
*I waive any right to inspect or approve any media used in connection with the piano competition and release The Royal Foundation of Music and Arts, its agents, and its employees from any claims or liability arising from the use of the media.
*I have read and fully understand the terms and conditions and hereby consent to the use of the media in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein.
